This venture capital and private equity firm headquartered in NYC, approached us to tackle delivery and project management of its two new offices in New York and California.
The Client’s goal was to create a modern, flexible workplace that not only promoted productivity, but also adjusted to the needs of its teams on day-to-day basis, preserved a consistent identity across geographies and featured space for immersive experiences that was both functional and served as a representation of the company as a leader in its industry.
Managing simultaneous projects on opposite coasts required exceptional coordination and real-time transparency. The design integrated advanced booking and display systems, an immersive experience room and aesthetic elements unique to each location, with the additional challenge of a tight timeline and the need for cohesive brand representation.
The New York office, located in the iconic W. R. Grace Building, features exposed ceilings, rich wood elements, and panoramic views of Bryant Park, creating a serene yet dynamic environment. Given the Client’s intention to use the space to frequently host events, the design was inspired by and borrows many elements from the hospitality industry. The Burlingame office mirrors these elements, ensuring a unified brand experience.
Our proprietary tech stack allowed the Client to monitor progress seamlessly in both locations, facilitating timely decision-making and transparent communication. Both projects were delivered on time, within budget, and most importantly, to the Client’s full satisfaction.
This global pharma client’s sustainable, Japandi-inspired office and lab renovation optimizes space, budget, and design for collaboration, productivity, and outdoor access.
Our team made the most of strict budget parameters to deliver an elevated workplace experience that improved employee engagement and enhanced client-facing spaces.
